What will you have to do to achieve the qualification
You have to complete 3 practical coursework units covering the following:
How to work safely in an engineering environment
How to safely operate engineering machinery
How to use and work from engineering drawings in order to manufacture items
This course is mainly and you should be prepared to work, sensibly and safely in a workshop environment. This course also intends to offer the opportunity to visit and experience engineering on an industrial scale.
